Omis is a small city located on the mouth of the river Cetina to which he is gratefull for the one of the most beautiful and unique beaches on the Adriatic coast, The grand beach. It is 1 km long beach with soft sand and it is ideal for family vacation and because of it's shallowness it is great especially for small children.
For all those with adventorous spirit there is a plentfull of activities like: jet-ski, paraglaiding, , beach volleyball, free climbing, rafting on the river Cetina etc. Also there are one-day trips on the islands Brac and Hvar and along the river Cetina.
